IN FRATERNAM MEAM......My Brother
My brother will be discharge tomorrow tuesday 13 July from the Manila Medical Center. He will now be undergoing his home care at home with my parents and a 24hr home care nursing assistants. There are so many things that my sister and my sister in law has to learn. They have to learn how to change the bandage on my brothers tube on his neck, the feeding bag that is attached outside that feeds his stomach externally and the adjustments of his belt bag, has to be rigorously be leanred by them too.

My parents house has now been re-configurated like a small hospital room complete with all the necessary equipments that my brother will be needing for his comfot and his home care. We will give him all the things that he needed to ease his pain and his burden.

All his medical stuff that he needed will be fedex by me from the states coming from my other brother and sister abroad. I can send it via Fedex with a big discount cuz i work for the airline that transport some of the fedex paks.

The price of medical supplies in the Phils. is enough to shorten the life of a sick person back home, not to mention the mounting cost of doctors fee and hospitalization and medication. I weep for those back home in Pinas who does not have resources to take care of the needs of their love ones who are in dire need of medical assistance.

The hospitalization and the chemothreraphy of my brother is more than enough to get an average earner broke and credit ridden. I cry for them for also.

We will now look forward into the comfort of my brother at home. I will come home this 05Aug to see him and stay with him for 15days and teach my sister in law how to make cream food and blender type of food for my brother, so that he will not be reliant on the tubal feeding externallly. Hopefully with God's help everything will be confortable for him.

If we can only sustain the life of my brother with money---we will gladly do it.

BUT I THINK THERE IS A PLAN FOR HIM AND A CHALLENGE FOR ALL OF US LIVING.

I TOLD MY BROTHER ....


FOR EVERY HARDSHIP AND PAIN -- THERE IS A CORRESPONDING REWARD
AND FOR EVERY REWARD --- THERE IS A PURPOSE.
